How is CompanyOS different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a general assistant. CompanyOS is your company's operating framework — leadership registry, governance model, organizational memory, and executive commands packaged for AI deployment.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Describe your organization, complete checkout, and follow the included deployment guide. If you can paste text into an AI platform, you can operate CompanyOS.
What do I receive after purchase?
CompanyOS-System-Prompt.txt — your operating system — and the CompanyOS Executive Guide (PDF) with installation, activation, command reference, and deployment instructions. The TXT is authoritative; the PDF is the deployment guide.
How long does delivery take?
CompanyOS is generated immediately after payment. Most orders complete within a few minutes.
How do I install CompanyOS?
Download your PDF package or copy from your delivery email. Paste into your AI platform's system instructions. Run SETUP_COMPANYOS on first use.
How do I update CompanyOS after leadership changes?
Use ASSIGN_ROLE or VACATE_ROLE for role changes. Use UPDATE_ORGANIZATIONAL_CONTEXT for broader memory refresh.
Can I use CompanyOS on multiple AI platforms?
Yes. Paste the same CompanyOS document into each platform. Run SETUP_COMPANYOS separately per platform to establish memory.
What is Organizational Memory?
The approved CompanyOS State — priorities, initiatives, risks, metrics, role assignments, and open roles. All commands reference this memory.
How do I reset CompanyOS?
Re-run SETUP_COMPANYOS or UPDATE_ORGANIZATIONAL_CONTEXT. For a full reset, redeploy the document and run SETUP_COMPANYOS from scratch.
Is my data private?
Your organizational data is used only to generate and deliver your CompanyOS. We do not sell business information. See our Privacy Policy.
What if commands are not recognized?
Confirm the full CompanyOS document is in system instructions, not chat history. See Troubleshooting.
How do executive briefings work?
Issue EXECUTIVE_BRIEFING or role-specific briefings (CEO_BRIEFING, CTO_BRIEFING). CompanyOS synthesizes memory into a leadership summary.
