By accessing companyos.charterlayer.com, purchasing CompanyOS, or submitting organizational information, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service description

CompanyOS is a digital product that generates an AI Company Operating System based on information you provide. Each purchase includes one generation for the organization profile submitted at checkout, delivered online and as a downloadable package with deployment instructions.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate organization information
• Use CompanyOS in compliance with applicable laws and third-party AI platform terms
• Maintain confidentiality of access links and generated assets
• Ensure you have authority to submit company information on behalf of your organization

Intellectual property

CharterLayer retains ownership of the CompanyOS platform, generation system, and underlying technology. You receive a license to use your generated CompanyOS for your organization's internal and operational purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense generated CompanyOS as a standalone product.

Payments and refunds

Fees are charged at checkout via Stripe. Because CompanyOS is generated immediately from your submitted data, all sales are generally final once generation begins. Contact support for billing disputes or exceptional circumstances.

CompanyOS is provided as-is. AI-generated content may require review before use in regulated or high-stakes decisions. CharterLayer does not guarantee specific business outcomes from deployment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CharterLayer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of CompanyOS. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.
