Setup steps

  1. Open ChatGPT and select Explore GPTs or Projects.
  2. Create a new GPT or Project for your organization.
  3. Paste your complete CompanyOS document into Instructions or System prompt.
  4. Save and test with: SETUP_COMPANYOS
  5. After setup, try EXECUTIVE_BRIEFING or SHOW_ORG_CHART.

Best practices

  • Use a dedicated Project per company.
  • Do not split CompanyOS across multiple instruction fields.
