CompanyOS forgot context
Verify you are in the correct Project/GPT with system instructions intact. Re-run SETUP_COMPANYOS if memory was never approved.
Commands not working
Commands must be issued exactly (e.g., SETUP_COMPANYOS). Ensure the Command Interface section is in your deployed document.
Roles not assigned
Run SETUP_COMPANYOS Step 1 or use ASSIGN_ROLE for individual updates.
Memory feels stale
Issue UPDATE_ORGANIZATIONAL_CONTEXT or ADD_INITIATIVE / ADD_RISK for targeted updates.
Setup incomplete
CompanyOS blocks operational guidance until SETUP_COMPANYOS produces an approved state. Complete all 7 steps.
Migrating to a new platform
Paste the same CompanyOS document. Run SETUP_COMPANYOS to establish memory on the new platform.
Unexpected AI responses
Confirm no conflicting instructions override CompanyOS. Use a dedicated Project or GPT.
