SETUP_COMPANYOS
Structured workflow to establish organizational memory and operational readiness.
SETUP_COMPANYOS replaces ad-hoc onboarding. CompanyOS guides you through seven steps and produces an approved CompanyOS State stored in Organizational Memory.
Step 1 — Assign People to Roles
For each role in your Leadership Registry, provide name, email, and status (Filled or Interim).
Step 2 — Identify Open Roles
Review vacant positions. Record hiring priority and capability gap risk.
Step 3 — Capture Priorities
Define top strategic priorities for the next 12 months.
Step 4 — Capture Initiatives
List active and planned initiatives.
Step 5 — Capture Risks
Document risks that concern leadership.
Step 6 — Capture Success Metrics
Define metrics that define organizational success.
Step 7 — Approve CompanyOS State
Review the synthesized state and approve. This becomes your Organizational Memory.

Approval workflow
After all steps, CompanyOS presents a synthesized state for review. Approve to store in Organizational Memory. Use SHOW_COMPANYOS_STATE to view the approved state at any time.
